I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they have lovely comfy beds and beautifully clean and tidy rooms, but they also went above and beyond to help me find my lost earring, which I never expected. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-stocked tea and coffee area in my room, which was a nice touch. the super friendly hosts made me feel right at home, and the fabulous location made exploring the city a breeze. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding hospitality and attention to detail.
